Banana Nut Baked Oatmeal

- ½ banana mashed
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ⅛-¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing until well combined.
Pour into greased ramekin.
Bake on the middle shelf for 15-20 minutes, depending on the texture you want your oatmeal to be.
